Our favourite autumn holiday. Lovely and cosy again. Recommend Village Bakery at Melmerby, Cranston's at Penrith, Millyard at Morland and Abrahams in George Fisher's at Keswick. All lovely food. Enjoyed 2 good walks Dalemain to Dacre and Castlerigg (which was apparently was 4 miles but felt like 8!!) nice and muddy but beautiful scenery. K, D & S R.
